RACECAPTURE.
FOR COMMUNITY

RaceCapture is built on more than cameras and code. We are a veteran-owned, community-driven team that believes race day is just one part of the story — the real impact happens when we reinvest in the people and organizations that hold our communities together.

From supporting local children's hospitals and foodbacks, to backing local first responder departments and community fundraisers, to running free workshops for active military, veterans, and first responders, we use a portion of every event to give back: skills, support, food, and a place to belong.

Where Your Race Dollars Go

When athletes purchase photos and media, a portion of revenue is redirected into initiatives that support those who serve, protect, and care for our communities.

  • CHEO (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario): helping families and kids through media support and fundraising alignment.
  • Local first responder departments: backing mental-health, wellness, and fundraising campaigns for police, fire, and paramedic teams.
  • Free workshops: active military, veterans, and first responders learn photography, video, and creative skills at no cost.
  • Food, education, and space provided: participants get a safe environment to connect, decompress, and learn with like-minded people.

It’s simple: the better we do as a company, the more we can pour back into the people who carry the weight for everyone else.

HOW WE GIVE BACK

These aren’t side projects or PR campaigns — they’re built into how RaceCapture operates. Every event helps fund real support for families, first responders, and those who serve.

CHEO

Supporting Children & Families

We proudly support CHEO (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario), helping shine a light on the work they do for kids and families in our region.

  • Media coverage for charity runs and fundraising events.
  • Portion of proceeds from select races directed toward CHEO initiatives.
  • Storytelling and content that helps drive awareness and support.
First Responders

Backed By the Community They Serve

Firefighters, paramedics, and police officers show up on our worst days. RaceCapture gives back by supporting their departments and wellness programs.

  • Coverage for stair climbs, charity runs, and community events.
  • Support for mental-health and resilience-based initiatives.
  • Media that helps their fundraising efforts go further.
Free Workshops

Military, Veterans & First Responders

We host free workshops where active military, veterans, and first responders can learn new skills, discover creative outlets, and connect with others who understand their world.

  • Photography, videography, and creative media sessions.
  • Hands-on training with professional camera and lighting gear.
  • Education on editing, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Food provided, with a safe and respectful space to decompress.

BUILT BY SERVICE, FOR THOSE WHO SERVE

RaceCapture was founded by someone who wears the uniform and understands what it means to carry responsibility — in the military, in emergency services, and in the community. Our commitment is simple: use our platform to give back more than we take.

Mission-Driven

More Than Just Media

Every gallery, every event, every sale is an opportunity to push value back into real lives: families in hospital rooms, first responders under strain, and veterans building their next chapter.

Community & Belonging

A Safe Place to Learn & Connect

Our workshops create a space where people who serve can step out of the job for a moment, learn something new, and be surrounded by people who genuinely understand what that life feels like.

Skills & Growth

Tools for the Next Chapter

Creative skills can become hobbies, side income, or even new careers. We’re committed to opening those doors — at no cost — for active military, veterans, and first responders who join us.
